Terms of Service
Effective date: July 2, 2026
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern access to and use of Certify Premium, a certificate issuance and verification platform operated by Anvesh Technologies Pvt. Ltd.(“Anvesh,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), including our website, applications, APIs, and related services (collectively, the “Service”).
By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. The Service
Certify Premium enables educational institutions, training providers, and other authorized organizations to issue digital credentials; allows recipients to access and share those credentials; and allows verifiers to confirm credential authenticity through credential IDs, QR codes, or related verification tools.
Features may vary by account type, subscription plan, or deployment stage. We may add, modify, or discontinue features with reasonable notice where practicable.
2. Eligibility and accounts
To use the Service, you must:
- Be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction
- Provide accurate and complete registration information
- Maintain the security of your account credentials
- Promptly notify us of unauthorized access to your account
You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account, except where caused by our failure to maintain reasonable security measures.
3. Institution customers
If you use the Service as an issuing institution, you agree that you are solely responsible for:
- The accuracy, legality, and appropriateness of credentials you issue
- Obtaining any required consents from credential recipients
- Compliance with applicable education, employment, privacy, and records laws
- Internal approval workflows, access controls, and staff authorization
- Retention, correction, and revocation decisions relating to issued credentials
We provide the platform; we do not independently verify the underlying qualifications, enrollment, or achievements represented by credentials issued by your organization.
4. Recipients and verifiers
Recipients may access credentials issued to them and share them with third parties at their discretion. Recipients must not alter, misrepresent, or falsify credential content.
Verifiers may use the Service to check whether a credential matches records maintained through the platform. Verification results indicate platform-record status at the time of lookup and do not by themselves constitute a legal opinion, employment decision, or accreditation determination.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for unlawful, fraudulent, or misleading purposes
- Issue false, forged, or unauthorized credentials
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to accounts, systems, or data
- Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service
- Reverse engineer, scrape, or exploit the Service except as permitted by law
- Upload malware or content that infringes intellectual property or privacy rights
- Use the Service in a manner that could harm Anvesh, other users, or the public
We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms or to protect the Service and its users.
6. Intellectual property
The Service, including its software, design, branding, documentation, and underlying technology, is owned by Anvesh or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws.
Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to access and use the Service for your internal business or personal purposes. You retain ownership of content you submit, but grant us a license to host, process, display, and transmit that content as needed to operate the Service.
“Certify Premium,” “AuthyProduct,” and related marks are our trademarks. You may not use them without prior written permission.
7. Blockchain and verification disclaimers
The Service may use cryptographic hashing, registry records, or blockchain-based integrity references to support tamper-resistant verification. Such mechanisms confirm consistency with platform records and do not guarantee outcomes in legal proceedings, regulatory reviews, or third-party systems unless expressly agreed in writing.
Network availability, transaction timing, and external ledger conditions are outside our full control. You acknowledge that verification features are provided as technical tools, not as warranties of universal acceptance.
8. Demo, beta, and early access
Portions of the Service may be offered as demos, pilots, or early-stage releases. These may contain bugs, limited functionality, or scheduled downtime. We provide such offerings “as is” and may change or withdraw them at any time.
You should not rely on demo or pre-production environments for production credential issuance unless we have agreed otherwise in a separate written agreement.
9. Fees and payment
Access to some features may require a paid subscription or commercial agreement. Pricing, billing terms, and renewal conditions will be presented at the time of purchase or in an order form.
Unless otherwise stated, fees are non-refundable except where required by law or expressly agreed in writing.
10. Confidentiality
Each party may receive non-public information from the other. You agree to use our confidential information only as needed to use the Service and to protect it with reasonable care. This obligation does not apply to information that is public, independently developed, or lawfully obtained from a third party without restriction.
11. Privacy
Our collection and use of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
12. Third-party services
The Service may integrate with or link to third-party services. We are not responsible for third-party terms, privacy practices, or availability. Your use of third-party services is at your own risk.
13. Disclaimer of warranties
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement.
We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, completely secure, or accepted by every verifier or regulatory body.
14. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Anvesh and its officers, directors, employees, and suppliers will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or business opportunities, arising from or related to your use of the Service.
Our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the Service or these Terms will not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid us for the Service in the twelve (12) months before the event giving rise to the claim, or (b) one hundred U.S. dollars (USD $100), except where liability cannot be limited under applicable law.
15. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Anvesh and its affiliates from claims, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your content, your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of applicable law or third-party rights.
16. Suspension and termination
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms, if required by law, or if continued provision poses security or operational risk.
Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends. Sections that by their nature should survive (including intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, and indemnification) will survive termination.
17. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where mandatory local consumer protections apply.
Any dispute arising from these Terms or the Service will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in India, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
18. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the revised version on this page and update the effective date above. Material changes may be communicated through the Service or by other reasonable means.
Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
19. General
- Entire agreement: These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any applicable order form, constitute the entire agreement regarding the Service
- Severability: If any provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect
- No waiver: Failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of future enforcement
